This is Splash : a 2001 limited edition inferno red- manual transmission
Bought by Barbara Blank in July of 2002 with 14,000 mi. & 1 previous owner in 'mint' condition from Sunnyvale's Falore Chrysler
Brief story: I had gone down to finance a new jeep to replace my 1990 Cherokee. Credit union said "....too much $$....have you thought about a car?…" I replied with a "...No.....". As we walked around the lot- there were the PT's ...and I asked the dealer: "How about the PT's? They are less than the jeeps........." and the dealer motioned me over to a 'candy-apple red' (I swear that is it's real color) that was decked out with chrome on it's smile (grill) and trimming the sides-
and when I saw the 3 ball on the gear shift (I played 3 ball tournament pool)- I knew that this was the car I had always dreamed about, but didn't know it....

Met the club at their VA function and I was off and running- spending the first year discovering new places, people and the world of cruising as I started participating with the club-
Since, I found her identity:
-named her 'Splash' first as an honor of my love for swimming (and competitive diving) and next for the splash my PT made when she quickly was added to my list of passions. Otherwise, I have been working on the best ways to provide maintenance and upkeep.
